A nude model in Germany may give Texas’ state motto “Everything is bigger in Texas” a run for its money — at least when it comes to augmented breasts. With measurements 59-28-36, Mayra Hills, popularly known as “Beshine,” claims to have the world’s largest fake breasts with her 32 Z-Cup. The 31-year-old’s breasts contain 10,000 cc of saline implants and weigh 20 pounds each — about the equivalent of a 5-gallon jug of water.

On Beshine’s official blog, she makes the bold claim: "Beshine loves having the biggest t**s in the universe and welcomes you with her record breaking and ever growing breasts." The nude model also has a strong social media presence like her NSFW Twitter account, which has 120,000 followers, who eagerly await her daily updates. Since 2014, Beshine has used the hashtag #WorldsBiggestBoobs in hopes it will eventually start trending.

Surprisingly, Beshine can still do workouts with her abnormally large cup size. Her bras are custom-made but still susceptible to breakage from containing 40 pounds of breast tissue. According to an interview on her website, it’s suggested she probably requires help to get dressed daily.

Hills’ eye-popping breasts come with a lot of baggage when it comes to her health. The nude model went from a diminutive A-Cup to a whopping Z-Cup, and has since sported the world’s largest fake breasts with risks. Choosing a breast implant too big, like Beshine’s, will most likely result in issues with back pain and sagging later on, according to Dr. David B Reath, a plastic surgeon in Knoxville, Tenn.

Bigger may not always be better, but according to Beshine’s motto: “Go big or go home.”
