The erratic behavior displayed by former nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes has most certainly not gone unnoticed. WNBC New York now reports that Bynes has landed in more hot water after the actress was taken into custody Thursday night.

Bynes now faces charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana. A psychiatric evaluation was performed at Roosevelt Hospital before she was taken to the Midtown precinct.

Police were called to her Manhattan apartment after she was reportedly caught smoking marijuana in the lobby of the building. By the time authorities arrived Bynes had made her way back to her room.

Upon the opening of her apartment door, police officers witnessed Bynes throw a bong out the window and also reported a strong odor of marijuana as well as smoke billowing out of the room.

Bynes is already wrapped up in legal matters stemming from a DUI arrest in Beverly Hills. She was also put on probation after pleading out to a driving with a suspended license charge.

The actress is expected to appear in court on Friday.
