Sydney Leathers, the 23-year-old at the center of New York City mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner’s second sexting scandal, is showing off the results of $40,000's worth of plastic surgery in a video on Splash News this week. Leathers says that she’s surprised at how quickly she healed and is very pleased with the outcome.

According to the Daily News, New York-based surgeons Dr. Matthew Schulman and Dr. Richard Westreich performed the surgeries, which included a breast enlargement, liposuction, and rhinoplasty. Her surgery was covered by Inside Edition from beginning to end. She spent about five hours under the knife, after which she allowed the cameras to follow her to her post-op checkup.

"Oh, I love it! It's perfect!" Leathers said as Westreich removed her bandages.

Leathers shot to fame after it was revealed that she was behind the racy text message exchange that rocked Weiner’s mayoral candidacy. Since then, she starred in a pornographic film entitled Weiner And Me and learned that her partner in the film had unprotected sex with actress Cameron Bay, who was diagnosed with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Leathers tested negative for the disease.

In any case, Leathers seems to be enjoying her short time in the spotlight as well as her new body.

"Thanks to Anthony Weiner I have the body I always wanted and I'm sure he will be a huge fan of it," she said.
