World Heaviest Woman Determined to Lose Weight by Having Sexathons With Her Ex-Husband
A California woman who landed in the Guinness Book of World Records last September as the world's heaviest living woman weighing 643 pounds, said that she lost 100 pounds thanks to marathon sex sessions with her ex-husband.
Pauline Potter packed on so many pounds after her husband left her three years ago that the 47-year-old mother from Sacramento, California couldn't even go to the bathroom without the assistance of her 19-year-old son Dillion from a previous relationship, according to Closer magazine.
However, after her ex-husband saw her record-breaking entry, he visited her for the first time in three years and reignited their sex life.
Pauline said that she and her ex-husband now have marathon sex sessions of up to seven times a day, and she insisted that the "sexercise" is what's helping her lose weight.
The "sexathons" she has with Alex, who has visited her twice a month for four days at a time, have had a significant effect on her size and helped her lose 14 pounds every month by making her sweat off the calories.
"I can't move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session-it's great exercise just jiggling around," she told Closer Magazine.
Pauline told the magazine that even though one of her legs weighs more than Alex does, the couple are still able to enjoy sex using different positions, and while she isn't quite confident enough to buy sexy lingerie, she puts a nice sheet over herself to achieve the same effect.
"We love foreplay and massages and, as well as full sex, I pleasure Alex, too. My bed is strengthened and, although I can't buy sexy lingerie, I drape a nice sheet over me,” Pauline said. "I hadn't had sex in three years, but we did it six times! He took charge as I couldn't move much, but he was so attentive. I orgasm every time."
Pauline and Alex had met in 2002 on an online dating site and they married three years later. After they got divorced, Pauline moved to California in 2008 with her son Dillion and that's when she started eating 10,000 calories a day and her weight started spiraling out of control.
At the time she constantly turned to food for comfort, often eating four bowls of cereal for breakfast, half a box of cookies and a bag of potato chips with cheese as a mid-morning snack.
For lunch she would often eat McDonald's where she would order Big mac, French fries and nuggets followed by three portions of spaghetti bolognaise for dinner and a pint of ice cream for dessert.
She got so fat that she couldn't leave the house without a motorized scooter and suffered lymphedema, which got so severe that she eventually became immobile.
She said that her weight loss desires came last September when she was crowned the World's Fattest Woman after she made a dramatic move and entered herself into the Guinness Book of Records to shame herself into dieting.
She is motivated to reach her target weight of 532 pounds so that she can become mobile enough to move in with Alex, who currently resides in Arizona.
"I still eat Big Macs, but I'll choose between fries or nuggets," she told the UK-magazine. "I tell Alex he needs to visit more so he can help me shed the pounds quicker!"
